ABOUT THE EXCLUSIVE

Bianca had dreamed of opening a salon in Browns Bay since she was 16 years old. She also carried a clear vision to one day create a studio that brought hair and barbering together — alongside a business partner who shared her values, work ethic, and love for people.

That vision became reality through relationship, not strategy.

Shane was Bianca’s son’s barber, and from the beginning there was a natural connection. Bianca recognised his talent, precision, and calm presence — he felt like a natural fit, a mirror of her own approach. Over time, trust grew into partnership.

Today, The Exclusive is grounded in that foundation. Bianca and Shane work closely together and have developed a genuine friendship alongside their professional partnership. Together they have built a business that feels like family, one rooted in intention, quality and genuine care.

    I struggle with stylists cutting my hair but Bianca did such an amazing job on my hair.......everyone I know and saw, complemented me. I'm well impressed and definitely think the drive from the east is worth it. And the head massage......what a lovely treat. Couldn't recommend Bianca enough. Good value for money too.

    Very welcoming and great customer service with both Shane and Bianca!

    After 8 months of wearing hats where ever I went due to a bad hair cut. I met Shane and spoke to him about my hair, he instantly gave me confidence that it was an easy fix. Shane went on to google and forwarded me photos of a cut he thought would be perfect for me, I’ve never been to a barber that has genuinely cared about his customers going out of their way to show me styles of what would suit.

    I booked in got the cut done and finally I am not wearing hats everywhere lol. Easily the best hair cut I’ve had and is girlfriend approved lmao. Definitely will be coming back for more haircuts in the future.

    I loved every minute of my time with Bianca . She took the time to listen to my questions and answered them all. Super friendly and very knowledgeable and I love love love her space . It’s such a relaxing experience .
